Returns & Exchanges

At Intense Oud (Wholesale), we strive to provide high-quality fragrances; however, due to the nature of beauty and personal care products, we only accept returns on unopened and sealed items within 14 days of delivery. Please note that wholesale orders are subject to a restocking fee and must be authorized by our quality control team before being processed.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our wholesale support team with your order number and photos of the sealed products to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened items in their original shipping containers, ensuring the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior of the package.

• 3.
  Ship the Return

  Send your package via a tracked and insured courier to our central distribution warehouse; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the wholesale partner.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team verifies the products are in original, resaleable condition, we will issue a credit to your account minus the applicable restocking fee.
